These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NorthernRiiverClub (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use NorthernRiiverClub. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. We reserve the right to verify age at any time and to suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
2. Nature of the Service
NorthernRiiverClub is a free-to-play social entertainment platform. All games use virtual coins that have no real-world monetary value, cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, or redeemed for any real money, prizes, or goods. The Platform does not constitute gambling under applicable law. Participation is purely for entertainment purposes.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. One account per person is permitted.
4. Virtual Coins
Virtual coins are an in-game currency with no monetary value. They are provided free of charge and may not be exchanged for real currency, goods, or services. Virtual coins may be subject to expiry or adjustment at our discretion. We make no representations about the ongoing availability of virtual coins.
5. Acceptable Use

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, game designs, logos, and code, is the property of NorthernRiiverClub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
7. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NorthernRiiverClub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may cease using the Platform at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
