- Is NorthernRiiverClub free to use? — Yes. Membership and all games are completely free. There are no subscription fees, no purchases required.
- What is the minimum age? — You must be 18 years of age or older to use NorthernRiiverClub.
- Do I need to download anything? — No downloads required. Everything runs in your browser.
Account & Coins
- I forgot my password. — At this time, account recovery is not available. Please create a new account if you cannot access yours.
- Can I change my username? — Usernames are permanent upon registration. Choose carefully.
- Where are my coins stored? — Your coins are saved in your browser's local storage and will persist on the same device between sessions.
- Can I buy more coins? — No. Virtual coins cannot be purchased, sold, or exchanged for real money or anything of value.
- My coins are gone. What happened? — Clearing your browser data will reset your locally stored progress. If this occurs, your registered account balance may differ from your stored balance.

- How does Rapids Poker work? — It's Texas Hold'em. You receive two hole cards and compete to make the best five-card hand using the community cards. See How It Works for full rules.
- What symbols appear in Cascade Slots? — Wilderness-themed symbols including rivers, eagles, pine trees, bears, river stones, and golden fish.
- What are the roulette payout rates? — Straight number bets pay 35:1. Colour bets (Red/Black) pay 1:1. Green (0) pays 17:1. Even/Odd bets pay 1:1.
- Is there a way to improve my odds? — All games use fair random mechanics. Strategy in poker can improve outcomes; slots and roulette are chance-based.
