1. Respect Every Member
Treat all fellow members with courtesy and respect, regardless of their gaming skill, background, or opinions. Personal attacks, harassment, and targeted aggression are strictly prohibited. This includes:
- Threatening or intimidating language
- Hate speech or discriminatory comments
- Sexual harassment or unwanted advances
- Deliberately targeting another player to ruin their experience
2. Play Fairly
Our games are designed to be enjoyed honestly. The following are prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension:
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to play
- Exploiting bugs or glitches in the game logic
- Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes
- Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
3. Maintain Honesty
Don't misrepresent your identity, your gaming results, or your standing within the community. Don't impersonate staff members, other players, or any public figures.
4. No Inappropriate Content
Your username and any visible profile information must be appropriate for a general adult audience. Usernames that are offensive, sexually explicit, or designed to impersonate others will be removed.
5. Protect Privacy
Don't share personal information — yours or anyone else's — within the platform. Sharing another person's private details without their consent is a serious violation of both these guidelines and applicable law.
6. Responsible Gaming
Although NorthernRiiverClub involves no real money, we care about the wellbeing of our community. If you notice a fellow member showing signs of problematic gaming behaviour, respond with kindness. If you are personally struggling, please visit our Responsible Gaming page for independent support.
7. Enforcement
Our moderation team reviews reports and takes action accordingly. Penalties range from warnings and temporary suspensions to permanent bans, depending on the severity and frequency of violations. All decisions by the moderation team are final.
8. Changes to Guidelines
We may update these guidelines from time to time to reflect changes to the platform or community needs. Continued use of NorthernRiiverClub after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised guidelines.
